Woodland features a multi-step finish coat process that enhances the natural beauty of wood and gives our cabinetry the durability to withstand the elements of everyday life. Each component is hand prepared to endure the highest quality. Once the cabinet is stained, glazed &/or distressed, it moves to their state-of-the-art flat line finish system. The first coat is an oven-cured conversion varnish, applied to give a superior seal. After hand sanding, a second coat of conversion varnish is applied and oven-cured to create a final product that has both the look of fine furniture & exceptional durability.
